Dear students;
Gastronomy and Culinary Arts have begun to gain the recognition they deserve in our country, just as they have around the world, and have become an important professional field. At Istanbul Aydın University, we began offering education and training in this field starting with the 2014-2015 academic year. In a short time, we completed our infrastructure and expanded our academic staff. Adopting the fundamental principle that all vocational courses should be hands-on under the supervision of professionals, we have established a model education and training kitchen. We designed the curriculum to ensure that upon graduation, students will possess the necessary knowledge and skills to apply, design, and manage culinary operations, taking into account the expectations of the industry. We look forward to welcoming passionate students who aspire to build a career in this field.
