The Child Development Undergraduate Program places strong emphasis on establishing continuous and sustainable communication with its graduates. Within this framework, communication with alumni is actively maintained through various digital and institutional channels, primarily via an alumni WhatsApp group. Graduates’ employment status, professional practice areas, and the competencies they have gained throughout the program are monitored on a regular basis. Feedback obtained from graduates is taken into consideration in the evaluation of the program’s educational objectives, the updating of the curriculum, the improvement of practicum and internship processes, and the strengthening of graduate competencies. Graduates’ field-based experiences and professional insights contribute to ensuring that the program remains aligned with current professional requirements. In addition, alumni contribute indirectly to educational processes through departmental events, student–alumni interaction activities, and external stakeholder meetings. This comprehensive graduate tracking and communication approach is regarded as an important quality assurance mechanism that supports the continuous development of the Child Development Undergraduate Program.
