The Guidance and Psychological Counseling Program is carried out in active interaction with employers in the public and private sectors, as well as with various sectoral stakeholders, with the aim of improving graduates' professional competencies and increasing their employability. In this context, the Ministry of National Education (MoNE), public and private schools, special education institutions, non-governmental organizations operating in the field of education, and cultural institutions are among the program's main external stakeholders.

The courses Professional Guidance Practices and Psychological Counseling and Guidance Practices in Schools offered within the program are implemented in practice schools affiliated with the MoNE and in educational institutions with which cooperation has been established under a protocol. Through these practices, counselor candidates gain professional experience in real school settings and have the opportunity to receive feedback from practicing school counselors and school administrators. The feedback obtained is used effectively to support the professional development of counselor candidates and to strengthen the program's practice-based structure.
