Guidance and Psychological Counseling Program student representative elections are held at the beginning of each academic year. In this process, students who wish to run as candidates are identified for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year levels. Then, for each year level, an election is conducted to select one international (YÖS) student and one Turkish student, and the class representative and assistant representatives are chosen. Through an additional vote among the representatives, the faculty representative is determined. Symposiums, congresses, seminars, and other events organized within the Faculty of Education and the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Program are announced to all students via a WhatsApp group created and managed through the student representatives.​​
