Our department regards students as the primary internal stakeholders in enhancing the quality of education and training. Student engagement and feedback are facilitated through the following mechanisms:
Representation: At the beginning of each academic year, a "Department Student Representative" election is held using democratic procedures. The elected representative is invited to Department Board meetings regarding agenda items relevant to students and reflects the students' perspectives in the decision-making process.
Feedback Cycle (PDCA): At the end of each semester, "Course and Instructor Evaluation Surveys" are administered via the Information System (UBIS). The data obtained from these surveys are analyzed by the Departmental Academic Board and utilized in improvement plans (within the scope of the PDCA cycle). Furthermore, a continuous flow of feedback is ensured through the "Feedback System" available on the website.
Interaction: Our students pursue their extra-curricular development through technical field trips and sector meetings organized under the auspices of the Nursing Club. Additionally, the "Departmental Academic General Assembly - Student Session," held annually, facilitates direct communication between the entire student body and both the administrative and academic staff.)
