Turkish students are admitted to the Tourist Guidance program based on their scores in the TYT (Basic Proficiency Test) component of the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS), administered by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Students enrolled in the program are required to complete a one-year English preparatory course. However, those who pass the proficiency exemption exam may bypass the preparatory year and begin directly in the first year of the program.
Students are eligible for graduation upon successfully completing the one-year English preparatory course and the two-year (four-semester) associate degree curriculum, thereby fulfilling the total credit requirements.
International students are admitted to the program following the evaluation of their direct applications to the university.
