Conducting registration procedures for students placed in our university by ÖSYM,
Receiving Special Talent Exam applications and conducting registrations of successful students,
Executing registrations for additional placement, Vertical Transfer, and Horizontal Transfer,
Procuring and sending documents of incoming and outgoing horizontal transfer students to relevant units,
Preparing graduation transcripts and delivering them to relevant units,
Preparing and distributing temporary graduation certificates, diplomas, and diploma supplements,
Performing transcript, student certificate, disenrollment, and exit procedures,
Executing summer school procedures,
Sending information and documents regarding education-training and students to YÖK, ÖSYM, KYK, and other institutions and organizations,
Preparing statistical data and reports; conducting correspondence with relevant institutions regarding student success status, credit, and scholarship follow-ups,
Executing necessary correspondence with all units within the university,
Conducting registration procedures and all correspondence for international students.
