REGISTRATION INFORMATION
We congratulate our esteemed students who have been placed in our university as a result of the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS).
To complete your registration, you must read the instructions carefully and complete your procedures between the dates specified below. Registration procedures will be carried out in two ways.

      A) E-Registration 

      B) Registration by Individual Application


Candidates placed in our University as a result of the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) can complete their registration procedures via e-Devlet or individually between the dates specified below.

E-REGISTRATION APPLICATION

The e-registration application via e-Devlet is an application that allows students placed in our university by ÖSYM to register online. With this application, students can complete their registration from their current location without submitting any documents.

Candidates who will register via the e-Devlet application can complete their registration between August 19-21, 2024, by logging in at https://ekayit.aydin.edu.tr with their e-Devlet password (which can be obtained from PTT branches). Students who have registered via e-Devlet do not need to submit any documents to our University.

* Disabled students must submit a report showing the type and percentage of their disability to the Department of Student Affairs. 
* Registration via the e-Devlet application cannot be performed for departments/programs that require a health report or admit students through a special talent exam.
* Registration via the e-Devlet application cannot be performed for male students who have turned 20 years old. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
   
1) I have earned the right to register at your university, on which dates can I register?

 2) I registered via E-Registration, do I need to come to the university again to do any procedures or submit documents?
Your final registration is completed via e-Devlet. 
Registration confirmation is obtained from the ekayit.aydin.edu.tr address.

You do not need to come to our university again for registration or bring any documents. However, when the academic semester begins, you need to apply to the Department of Student Affairs (T Block Ground Floor) for your student ID card.

3) Where can I get my e-Devlet password?
You can obtain your e-Devlet password from PTT Central Directorates or authorized branches within the country by presenting a photo ID (identity card, passport, or driver's license) bearing your T.R. identity number.

4) Is the E-Registration process open to everyone, who cannot register through this platform?
Those who want to register for programs that require a special talent exam and a health report,
Those who experience issues querying their graduation information from the Ministry of National Education,
Male students who experience a block during the Ministry of National Defense query,

5) Is E-Registration mandatory, can I complete my registration by coming to the university?
E-registration is not mandatory for the student; it is optional. 

6) If I cannot register at your university within the specified dates, can I make choices again through the additional placement quota?
If you have been placed in a higher education program through central placement with your Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) result, you will not have the right to make choices in the additional placement.

7) I have been placed in your university, but I am also registered in an associate\undergraduate program at another university. Can I study at both universities at the same time?
• You cannot be registered in two formal associate degree or two formal undergraduate degree programs at the same time.
• During the registration dates, you must complete the dismissal process from the higher education institution you are registered to and have your student status updated in YÖKSİS.

8) I have courses I took at another higher education institution before, can an exemption process be done?
You can apply to the faculty secretary of the faculty/vocational school you registered for with an exemption petition and your course contents within one week at the latest after your registration.
