​Istanbul Aydın University transparently conducts procedures for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and exemptions in accordance with national legislation and institutional regulations. While exemptions are granted through proficiency exams in foreign languages and information technologies, lateral transfers require a minimum of 80% curriculum alignment and a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 2.29/4.00. For transfers based on central placement scores, meeting the base score of the relevant year is mandatory. Programs with foreign language requirements necessitate a language proficiency certificate or success in the proficiency exam, and academic adaptation processes are formalized upon the approval of the respective boards.
