Istanbul Aydın University Graphic Design Program adopts as its fundamental principle the implementation of education and training processes in line with national and international quality assurance standards. In this regard, the program is structured based on the learning outcomes defined within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), the credit system based on workload (ECTS), and transparent assessment criteria.
The Graphic Design Program has been included in the accreditation process by ACQUIN (Accreditierungs-, Certifizierungs- und Qualitätssicherungs-Institut), an international accreditation organisation based in Germany, as part of the quality assurance studies conducted within the Faculty of Fine Arts. During this process, the program's educational structure, curriculum content, academic staff qualifications, physical and digital infrastructure, and student learning outcomes are evaluated in line with the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance (ESG).
At the institutional level, Istanbul Aydın University holds an Institutional Accreditation Certificate issued by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) and embraces a quality-focused education approach based on continuous improvement in all its academic units, including the Graphic Design Program. The accreditation processes that the program is subject to support the assurance of educational quality on an international scale, while aiming to strengthen the recognition of graduates' diplomas in academic and professional fields.
