Academic staff working in the Graphic Design Program are responsible for conducting the program's teaching and learning activities, updating course content and planning design-focused workshops. The academic staff supports students' professional and academic development by combining theoretical approaches in the field of graphic design with application-based production processes. They also contribute to the development of students' creative and critical thinking skills by advising them on their projects, portfolios and graduation work.

Furthermore, administrative staff are responsible for coordinating teaching and learning processes, creating course programs, and ensuring the smooth running of processes related to student affairs and the academic calendar. The administrative structure also coordinates the organisation and technical support processes related to the use of workshops and laboratories. All staff members working in the Graphic Design Bachelor's Degree Program contribute to the sustainable development of the program by participating in academic council meetings, evaluation and improvement processes conducted within the framework of the university's quality assurance system. This collaboration is seen as a fundamental element in maintaining and continuously improving the quality of education.
