Horizontal transfer procedures in the program are carried out in line with the quotas announced by the university, the application requirements, the required application documents, and the application–evaluation calendar. Applications are not accepted by post or e-mail; therefore, applications must be submitted in person to the relevant unit. Up-to-date announcements and documents regarding the application process are published through the university’s official channels. Vertical transfer procedures, on the other hand, are conducted within the scope of the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) administered by ÖSYM.

The general principles regarding the recognition of prior learning (exemption and course adaptation) are implemented within the framework of the university’s relevant directives and internal quality assurance processes; the course exemption and adaptation procedures for students admitted via horizontal/vertical transfer are finalized in accordance with the relevant regulation provisions and the decisions of the department’s Course Adaptation and Exemption Commission.
