Graduates

The Department of Health Management aims to maintain continuous and structured communication with its graduates, to integrate graduate feedback into education and training processes, and to ensure the continuous improvement of the program.

Within this framework, meetings are held with undergraduate graduates at their workplaces, and events and stakeholder meetings are organized with the participation of alumni. Activities that strengthen alumni–student–academic staff interaction are carried out through the Health Management Students and Alumni Association (SAYOMDER), in which our graduates take an active role in governance.

Graduate feedback is collected through the following mechanisms:

  1. Learning Outcomes Measurement and Evaluation practices are implemented for graduate students.
  2. To assess program learning outcomes, an Alumni Survey administered via the Education Information System (EBS) is utilized.
  3. An Employer Survey is conducted to obtain feedback from organizations employing the program’s graduates.

In addition, feedback aimed at improving educational processes and the program structure is gathered through external stakeholder meetings held with the participation of alumni. The data obtained are used as inputs in the program’s quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.

Communication and graduate tracking activities are carried out in cooperation with the IAU Alumni Association and the Career Center. Graduates whose career development is monitored through the Alumni Information System contribute as external stakeholders to curriculum updates through periodic surveys and alumni panels.
