​Comprehensive surveys are conducted each semester of the academic year for students and graduates by the Quality and Strategy Development Unit of Istanbul Aydın University. Through these surveys, students' evaluations of all courses, academic advisors, and the institution are collected, and steps are taken to address identified shortcomings. The responses given by students to satisfaction surveys are published in the UBIS system. Each department prepares its departmental report based on these data. Based on these reports, the dean's office prepares a Faculty Evaluation Report and announces it to all faculty students via the UBIS system. In addition, the results are also shared during meetings held with students within the departments.
