Internal partners: Students enrolled in the program, faculty members teaching in the program, students studying at the Faculty of Communication who are interested in the field, Institute of Social Sciences, Field Placement Coordination Office, International Relations Directorate, University administrative units, IAU Alumni Association, student clubs.

External partners: Relevant programs and institutions at universities in Turkey and abroad, graduating students, and Institutions and organizations that employ graduating students.

The academic staff teaching in the Visual Communication Design Program consists of expert academics working both full-time and part-time. In this regard, the quality and quantity of our academic staff support the progression of our undergraduate program in alignment with the established program educational objectives. In addition to teaching, the scientific activities of the faculty members in our program, their academic advisory services to students, and the conferences, seminars, and workshops they organize for students and related to the practical applications of the field, hold great importance for our program.

Internal components requirements; oral notifications received from students enrolled in the program to faculty advisors, oral notifications from class/program representatives, course evaluation questionnaires completed by students enrolled in courses in the program, graduate questionnaires, administrative units / on-site implementation coordination and graduate placement management meetings attended by the coordinator, faculty academic board meetings are transferred to the program chair with reports. At the beginning and end of each semester, the program chair evaluates the reports submitted and, in coordination with the dean's office, makes necessary arrangements. Regarding the decisions taken, a faculty board decision is made, the decision is written to the rectorate, and it is forwarded to the education commission by the rectorate. After the education commission obtains the head of the program's opinion, the plan is submitted for approval by the senate. The new term plan is finalized taking into account the results of the feedback.

External stakeholder requirements are determined through external stakeholder meetings held once every semester.  The meetings are recorded in minutes, external stakeholder requirements are reviewed by the program directorate, transmitted to the Dean's office, and put into practice upon faculty board approval and senate ratification. In line with the plans and decisions made, efforts are undertaken to enhance and update the quality of education and training. In this regard, activities such as the transfer of new education and training systems and methods, updating curricula and course contents in line with the conditions and expectations of the times, and supporting the individual and academic development of faculty members are carried out.
