Within our program, a periodic measurement and evaluation process is implemented to determine and document whether the instructional objectives have been achieved. Surveys conducted with students and graduates and the evaluation of these surveys are an important part of this process. Evaluations of surveys are of utmost importance as they indicate the extent to which program instructional objectives have been achieved and provide guidance for improvements.
Students complete course evaluation surveys at the end of each term for every course; they evaluate the course, the instructor, and the course instructor.
Internal components requirements; oral notifications received from students enrolled in the program to faculty advisors, oral notifications received from class/program representatives, course evaluation questionnaires completed by students enrolled in courses in the program, graduate questionnaires, administrative units / on-site application coordinator and graduate placement coordinator attended management meetings, faculty academic board meetings are transferred to the program chair with reports. At the beginning and end of each semester, the program director evaluates the submitted reports and makes necessary arrangements in coordination with the dean's office. Regarding the decisions taken, a faculty board decision is made, a letter is written to the Rector's Office, and it is forwarded to the education commission by the Rector's Office. After considering the head of the program's opinion, the education commission submits the proposal to the Senate Based on the results of the feedback, the new term plan is completed.
In line with the plans and decisions made, efforts are undertaken to enhance and update the quality of education and training. In this regard, activities such as the transfer of new education and training systems and methods, updating curricula and course contents in line with the conditions and expectations of the times, and supporting the individual and academic development of faculty members are carried out.
In our student centered education policy, students' opinions regarding the curriculum, courses, and instructors are evaluated through surveys. Additionally, before exam results are announced, students provide feedback by completing achievement and satisfaction surveys for each course.
