Student participation in decision-making and feedback processes within the Translation and Interpreting (English) Program is ensured through a class representative system. A student representative is appointed for each year of study, and these representatives serve as communication channels between students and the program administration. Student representatives convey students' opinions and suggestions regarding courses, teaching and learning processes, academic activities, and the overall student experience to the relevant academic units.

Students may share their feedback either through their representatives or directly with academic advisors and the program administration. This structure supports active student involvement and ensures that student feedback contributes to the program's evaluation and continuous improvement processes.
