The program has been accredited by İLEDAK (Communication Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board), which operates under the Communication Research Association (İLAD) and is authorized to evaluate and accredit communication education programs in Türkiye. Following the evaluations conducted by İLEDAK, the Radio, Television and Cinema Program of the Faculty of Communication at Istanbul Aydın University has been granted re-accreditation for a period of three years; thus, the program’s accreditation period has been extended until April 8, 2026, completing a total of five years. 

In line with the principles of quality assurance and continuous improvement, the program is regularly subject to evaluation processes. Within this scope, the most recent re-accreditation evaluation was carried out between December 15–17, and the outcome of the evaluation process is currently pending. The accreditation of the program enhances the national recognition of its graduates and demonstrates that the quality of education is assured by an independent institution.
