The academic and administrative staff involved in the Radio, Television, and Cinema Program are the main stakeholders in the program’s education, research, and practical training processes. The academic staff are responsible for planning and delivering courses, carrying out measurement and evaluation processes, updating the curriculum, and conducting scientific research activities. Faculty members also provide academic advising to support students’ professional, academic, and personal development.

Administrative staff, on the other hand, carry out support services related to official correspondence, student affairs, and the smooth functioning of academic processes. Both academic and administrative staff participate in decision-making processes through departmental and faculty boards and play an active role in quality assurance, accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts.

The opinions and suggestions of staff are collected through regular departmental meetings, faculty boards, and internal evaluation processes. In this way, the development of the program is continuously supported by the experience and contributions of its staff.
