Graduates of the Radio, Television, and Cinema Program are among the key stakeholders in the development of the program. Communication with graduates is maintained through the university’s alumni information system, email lists, WhatsApp groups, and alumni gatherings. Graduates are invited to panels, talks, workshops, and career days organized by the department, and they are encouraged to share their professional experiences with students.
Feedback is collected from graduates through surveys, online forms, and one-on-one interviews. Through these methods, graduates’ employment status, the needs they encounter in the sector, and their views on the strengths and weaknesses of the program are gathered. The data obtained are used to update the curriculum, improve course content, and enhance practical training opportunities.
As part of alumni tracking activities, the sectors and positions in which graduates are employed are monitored. These data are used to evaluate the program’s alignment with industry needs and to support students’ career planning.
