​The roles and responsibilities of the academic and administrative staff involved in the program are clearly defined and structured. Academic staff undertake responsibilities such as planning and delivering educational activities, ensuring the alignment of course contents with program learning outcomes, implementing assessment and evaluation processes, providing academic advising to students, and actively participating in quality assurance activities. In addition, academic staff contribute to the monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the program through their involvement in departmental boards and committees. Administrative staff support the effective and orderly implementation of academic and administrative processes and work in cooperation with academic staff and students on matters such as student affairs, correspondence, document management, organization, and coordination activities. Through this division of responsibilities, the sustainability and effectiveness of the program's educational and administrative processes are ensured.
