Students

Students are represented in departmental boards and committees through student representatives; they can convey their views and suggestions regarding academic and administrative processes to decision-making mechanisms. Furthermore, students actively participate in the process by attending meetings organized at the departmental and faculty levels.

Student feedback is regularly collected and analyzed through course and student satisfaction surveys, end-of-term evaluations, a counseling system, and direct communication channels. This feedback is evaluated by departmental boards to monitor and improve educational processes and serves as input for continuous improvement efforts. This structure ensures that students' opinions are systematically collected, evaluated, and reflected in institutional decisions.
