While determining internal stakeholders, certain criteria are taken into account in line with the program's educational objectives. For psychology-related courses, relevant faculty members are appointed from the Department of Psychology, and for Turkish language–related courses, faculty members are assigned from the Department of Turkish Language and Literature. In this regard, support is received from the Departments of Turkish Language and Literature, Psychology, and History at Istanbul Aydın University. Meetings are held with these programs twice a year.
In determining external stakeholders, students' academic success and their employability after graduation are taken into consideration. The Department of Sociology at IAU conducted external stakeholder agreements and meetings with the Federation of the Hearing Impaired and Khazar University in 2021; with Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University and the University of Tabriz in 2022.
In 2023, external stakeholder agreements and meetings were held with the University of Tlemcen, Saida University, and Tipaza University; and in 2024 with Djilali University, Oran 2 University, Al Hamdaniyah University, and Associations of Turkish Language and Literature.
