At our faculty, quality assurance processes are carried out through continuous monitoring,
evaluation, and improvement mechanisms aimed at enhancing students’ academic success.
Thanks to the early warning system and one-on-one academic advising, students’ adaptation
processes are closely followed. Course plans are recalibrated based on Bloom’s Taxonomy with
a focus on competency development. Mentorship support, hands-on projects, experiential
workshops where students can engage in individual and collaborative creative work under
guidance, collective work environments, and hybrid education methodologies all increase
students’ productivity and creativity in both individual and group tasks. Continuous monitoring
and feedback mechanisms support the faculty’s strong practice–project culture while also
aiming to strengthen theoretical foundations.
