​The 9th International Conference on Contemporary Affairs in Architecture and Urbanism (ICCAUA2026) will be jointly organized by Alanya University and Istanbul Aydın University on May 7–8, 2026, at Istanbul Aydın University T Block, featuring both on-site and online sessions. The conference aims to provide an international platform for discussing contemporary theories, manifestos, and methodologies related to the future of architecture and urban environments. As a peer-reviewed academic event, ICCAUA2026 welcomes original research papers, case studies, technical reports, analytical studies, and short communications. The conference encourages interdisciplinary participation from scholars, researchers, professionals, and policymakers in architecture, urban design, urban planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and the arts. By presenting innovative research findings and emerging approaches, ICCAUA2026 seeks to strengthen the relationship between theory and practice in the built environment. The deadline for abstract submission is December 7, 2025.
