The academic and administrative staff involved in the English Language and Literature Program play an active role in ensuring the effective and sustainable implementation of educational and administrative processes. Faculty members, in addition to teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels, provide academic advising to students, supervise undergraduate and master's theses, and contribute to the program through their scholarly research activities. Research assistants support teaching and learning processes while also taking an active role in the department's administrative operations and contributing to the coordination of academic activities. The faculty secretary, serving as administrative staff, ensures the workflow between the department and faculty administration and plays a key role in the orderly and efficient execution of administrative procedures. This collaborative structure supports the coherent and integrated functioning of the program's academic and administrative framework.
