The English Language and Literature Department aims to enhance students' professional experience and employability by establishing strong and sustainable collaborations with the business world. Within the scope of the Workplace Practice course included in the curriculum, many of the private sector companies and public institutions where students complete their internships are among the department's external stakeholders. These institutions not only provide students with opportunities for practical learning but also contribute to the development of the program in alignment with sectoral needs. Some external partner organizations also offer full-time employment opportunities to successful students following the completion of their internships. Feedback received from sectoral stakeholders is taken into consideration in updating the program's content and learning outcomes, and through these collaborations, students are supported in integrating academic knowledge with professional practice.
