Student participation and representation in the Department of English Language and Literature are ensured through a structured student representation system. One class representative is appointed at each academic level from the first to the fourth year, along with a departmental student representative who represents the entire department. Class representatives work in coordination with the departmental representative, who in turn liaises with the faculty student representative, ensuring that students' opinions, needs, and suggestions are effectively communicated to the relevant academic and administrative units.
As internal stakeholders, students are actively involved in the teaching and learning processes. Feedback is systematically collected through stakeholder surveys, as well as course, advisor evaluation, and satisfaction surveys conducted on a regular basis. The feedback obtained is utilized in monitoring educational quality, supporting the continuous improvement of the program, and enhancing overall student satisfaction.
