Infrastructure & Facilities

The Department of Television Reporting and Programming aims to equip students not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical industry-oriented skills, and accordingly provides a well-equipped technical infrastructure. The television studio, control room, editing laboratory, and newsroom facilities within the Faculty are actively utilized in applied courses.

The University’s modern Applied Television Studio has been specifically designed to enable students to transform their theoretical knowledge into practice. Equipped with professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and audio mixing consoles, the studio offers students the opportunity to experience the most up-to-date technologies used in the broadcasting industry. In this environment, students can produce their own programs, prepare news bulletins, and gain hands-on experience in live broadcasting.

Located on the −3rd floor of R Block, the University’s Sound Recording Room provides students with a professional audio production experience. Equipped with modern recording technologies, this facility can be used for a wide range of activities, including podcast production, news voice-overs, course projects, and creative audio content.

Located on the −3rd floor of R Block, the University’s Control Room is a professional facility where all programs recorded in the studio are directed and technical supervision is ensured. Core broadcasting processes—such as multi-camera production management, live broadcast control, and audio-visual mixing—are carried out in this space.
