The academic and administrative staff involved in the Television Reporting and Programming Program are key stakeholders in the program’s education, research, and practice-based processes. The academic staff are responsible for the planning and delivery of courses, the implementation of assessment and evaluation processes, the continuous updating of the curriculum, and the conduct of scholarly research activities. In addition, faculty members provide academic advising services in order to support students’ professional, academic, and personal development.

The administrative staff are responsible for providing support services related to correspondence, student affairs, and the efficient operation of academic processes. Both academic and administrative staff participate in decision-making processes through departmental and faculty boards and committees and play an active role in quality assurance, accreditation, and continuous improvement activities.

The views and recommendations of staff members are collected through regular departmental meetings, faculty boards, and internal evaluation processes. In this way, the ongoing development of the program is continuously supported by the experience and contributions of its staff.
