Istanbul Aydın University’s corporate communication policy is based on managing all information sharing with internal and external stakeholders—along with the forms, techniques, and methods used in this process—in a way that protects and enhances the value it adds to the institution. Our University aims to establish dynamic communication that ensures continuous interaction with all stakeholders. In line with this goal, it ensures the sustainable management of strategic communication processes.
PRINCIPLES
- Contribution to the Promotion of the University: Preparing news, interviews, and bulletins about the institution in national and international media to support its recognition among external stakeholders, and organizing visual materials used in events in accordance with the institution’s image.
- Carrying Out Internal and External Institutional Activities: Proposing new initiatives to maintain the highest level of communication with stakeholders; facilitating information sharing among academic and administrative staff and students; organizing promotional days to establish effective communication; and supporting scientific, artistic, and cultural activities at national and international levels.
- Effective Media Planning: Managing the institution’s website and social media accounts, and developing relationships with written and visual media to ensure effective media use.
- Accountability and Respect for Social Values: Acting in accordance with institutional and social values during social activities, and adopting the principles of openness and transparency to ensure more strategic media relations.
