International Academic Mobility: Actively participating in all mobility programs with partner universities abroad; increasing student and academic staff exchanges, staff mobility, short-term education and internship programs, international joint scientific activities conducted physically or virtually, and international publications and projects.
Expanding International Academic Networks and Influence: Achieving higher rankings in global listings, increasing international academic accreditations and institutional memberships, and enhancing faculty members’ access to international networks in their scientific activities.
International Student Recruitment and Experience: Organizing activities to attract international students to the University; ensuring diversity and inclusion by creating a balanced mix of nationalities; improving the educational and living conditions of international students; ensuring their satisfaction; supporting their post-graduation employment; strengthening interactions between local and international students; supporting applications that develop intercultural skills through social activities; and creating a multicultural campus life.
International and Intercultural Competencies: Establishing internationalization-at-home mechanisms to enhance not only the educational and living experiences of incoming international students, but also the intercultural competencies and global skills of local students, faculty members, administrative staff, and other internal stakeholders within the University ecosystem; and organizing foreign language education and awareness activities related to internationalization.
Commitment to European Values and Erasmus Mobility: Prioritizing European Union central projects, Erasmus academic collaborations and mobility programs, as well as research and educational activities such as Jean Monnet, in cooperation with countries within and outside the European Higher Education Area, based on European values; and focusing on themes prioritized by the European Union.
