Students who wish to participate in Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility must submit their applications during the application periods announced by Istanbul Aydın University.
To be eligible for Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility, applicants must be full-time students enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree programme at Istanbul Aydın University. Students enrolled in preparatory programmes are not eligible to apply.
Applicants must meet the minimum academic requirements determined by the Erasmus+ Programme. Associate and undergraduate students are required to have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.20/4.00, while master's and doctoral students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50/4.00.
In addition, students are required to demonstrate sufficient language proficiency to successfully complete their traineeship abroad. Applicants must achieve at least B1 level in the Erasmus+ language assessment process or provide an accepted language certificate in accordance with the requirements announced for the relevant application period.
Students applying for Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility are required to obtain an Acceptance Letter from a suitable host organisation before submitting their application. The traineeship must be related to the student's academic field and contribute to their professional development. Applications submitted without a valid Acceptance Letter may not be considered eligible.
Applications are evaluated in accordance with Erasmus+ Programme rules, the principles established by the Turkish National Agency, and Istanbul Aydın University's institutional procedures. Selection is based on academic achievement, language proficiency, and other criteria announced in the relevant Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Call for Applications.
Following the evaluation process, applicants are ranked according to their overall Erasmus+ score and the available project budget. Results are announced through the official communication channels of the University.
