After arriving at the host institution, there are two (2) important documents that must be submitted to the Erasmus Office via e-mail. You may bring printed copies of these documents with you before departure or download the templates from the “Documents” section of our website and submit them to the host institution.
The required documents are as follows:
Duration Sheet
This document includes two sections: Arrival and Departure.
Upon arrival, you must take the document to the International Office of the host institution and obtain a signature, stamp, and date in the Arrival section.
Before returning, the Departure section of the same document must be completed.
Student Information Form
This form includes your address, phone number, and personal contact details during your stay abroad and is used as an emergency contact form.
It can be filled in individually by the student.
After completing both documents, you are required to send them to the Erasmus Office by e-mail within the first week after your arrival.
Course Change Procedures
After arriving at the host institution, students may request course changes within the first month of their mobility period.
In order to make course changes:
A new Approval Form must be completed, and
The Online Learning Agreement (OLA) must be updated accordingly.
