Students selected for Erasmus+ mobility must apply for a visa only after completing the required pre-mobility procedures, including the Approval Form, Online Learning Agreement (OLA), and Acceptance Letter.

Students are strongly advised to allocate sufficient time for visa procedures and start the process at least 2–3 months before the beginning of their mobility period. Visa applications are made entirely on an individual basis, and the processing time may take approximately 1 to 1.5 months after application. Therefore, careful time planning is essential.

After booking their visa appointment, students are required to inform the Erasmus Office of their appointment date within a maximum of 15 days.

For visa applications:

• A signed and stamped visa support letter, addressed to the relevant consulate, is provided by our Office.
  
  
• In addition, students must request a QR-coded visa support letter via the TurnaPortal system, which is the official application platform.
