How to Apply

Applications for the Erasmus+ Programme at Istanbul Aydın University are generally opened every year in February. All applications are submitted online, and the entire process is carried out through the TurnaPortal system.

Students can log in to TurnaPortal using their e-Devlet credentials, view the active Erasmus+ calls, and apply by selecting their preferred study, traineeship, or short-term mobility option.

As part of the application process, students are required to upload the mandatory documents specified in the system. These typically include an official transcript obtained via e-Devlet, a Europass CV, and any additional documents required depending on the type of mobility. Submitting complete and accurate documents is essential for the application to be considered valid.

After completing the online application, candidates are required to take the Erasmus+ language exam. Following the evaluation of applications and exam results, the results are announced in March.
