BEFORE MOBILITY
- Application Form (To be shared directly with the nominated students)
- Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
- Transcript of Records (ToR) - (To be uploaded in the application form)
- Passport - (To be uploaded in the application form)
- Personal Photo in JPEG or PNG format - (To be uploaded in the application form link. It will be printed on your IAU student ID card)
- English Language Proficiency Certificate or Proof of Knowledge - (To be uploaded in the application form link)
- Insurance (Must be shared via email. It must be valid & cover you in Türkiye)
- Turkish ID (Front & Back) - (Must be shared via email. ONLY for those holding dual citizenship)
DURING MOBILITY
- In case you change some of your courses, you must apply the changes to the Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
AFTER MOBILITY
- Certificate of Mobility (To be signed & stamped by the IAU Erasmus+ Office)
- Transcript of Records (To be shared via email at the end of the mobility)
