The Financial Contract
After your visa has been approved, there are several documents that must be submitted to the Erasmus Office before your mobility period. These documents include:
- Scanned copies of the passport identification page and the page showing the visa
- Health insurance (with a minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR)
- For grant holders: Yapı Kredi Euro bank account booklet
- OLS language placement test result
- Flight ticket
Once all required documents are submitted, your Erasmus grant agreement will be prepared. The agreement is mandatory for both funded and non-funded students.
As the agreement requires a wet signature, students must personally visit the Erasmus Office and sign the agreement before departure.
⚠️ Students who leave for mobility without signing the agreement and informing the Erasmus Office will have their mobility cancelled.

The kilometres in the distance band calculator are the round-trip grant equivalent in the table below and the said amount is not multiplied by two.
